Greathouse Signs was originally founded in early 2007 in Orlando, Florida by licensed Real Estate Agents that realized how necessary it was for a Real Estate Agent to receive quality sign installation services. A late sign installation or removal can make or break a deal with some clients and make an agent look like a poor performer. They saw this as a great opportunity for a better way to provide sign installation and removal services. 

Since inception Greathouse Signs has been successful in providing customers with a better sign post, a commitment to quality and service. The consistent attention to what Real Estate Agents need and automating our process to save our brokers time and money have been a recipe for success. 

The company is wholly owned and operated by a lifetime wood worker and cabinet maker, Bob Greathouse. The wood posts are handcrafted and installed personally by Bob Greathouse. Our Realtor clients see Bob's passion for wood working and service as a great match for the perfect sign post.
